I wanted to check if there is any update on when Bahasa Indonesia support is expected to be available in Genesys Cloud.
We have customers in Indonesia who are increasingly asking about local language capabilities, especially for use cases around digital self-service, AI, and customer engagement. Bahasa Indonesia support would be very helpful for adoption and broader market conversations here.
Would anyone be able to share the expected beta timeline, scope of the beta, or any prerequisites for customers/partners who may want to participate?
