Hello, @Amber Krueger.
According to the error that is happening only on one dashboard, I would first check the objects used inside that specific dashboard.
Even if you have high-level permissions, one of the monitored objects may have changed division or may no longer be accessible through the divisions assigned to your role. For example, I would validate the queues, users, wrap-up codes, flows, flow outcomes, or any other object used by the widgets and filters in that dashboard.
I would edit the dashboard and review each widget/filter to identify which object is causing the permission warning. If something was moved to another division, deleted, or replaced, reselecting the correct object or adjusting the role/division access should clear the warning.
Since everyone is seeing it on the same dashboard, it sounds more like one object/filter in that dashboard lost visibility, not an issue with your individual user only.
If everything looks correct and you cannot identify which object is causing the warning, I would open a Genesys Customer Care case with the dashboard name, screenshot, affected users, and the approximate time the warning started.
