Hello
I am trying out batch download in order to obtain data The results are sucessful ( if under 100 conversations is exported at a time) But I cannot really download it as a batch in WAV format API description does not specify that in the request you can specify the desired format.
Can you help me out please? :slight_smile:

Hi,
Is WAV format specified in the truck configuration? From the description of POST /api/v2/recording/batchrequests:
Submit a batch download request for recordings. Recordings in response will be in their original format/codec - configured in the Trunk configuration.

Hello Thank you for joining the discussion.
No, there are no such parameters in the api description As far as i understood there only a conversationid and recording id to specify..
And As a basic format I get ogg which has data quality losses Therefore the question remains : is there a way to batch download conversations' recordings in a preferred format? if yes, how can i specify that?

Hi Roman,
All recording formats are driving off of the trunk configuration. That is why you don't see an option to do any kind of recording in a preferred format.
