After GCP, is it possible to go to Architect, or is it better to do outbound first?

There is no fixed sequence for completing Genesys exams. Exams can be taken based on voucher availability, rather than following a mandatory order.

    Hi Maico,

Yes, in my opinion take Architect after GCP for sure.  I think it's an easy transition from GCP to Architect.  Then, maybe scripting and then outbound and any of the remainder after that.

    I hope that helps some,

When I went through this certification path a couple years ago I did in this order:  GCP > Outbound Dialer > Architect > Developer.  I work with other engineers on our team who did them in different sequence (always left the Developer to the last though).  GCP should probably be the first one to give someone a good base knowledge.  There is no requirement for taking any exam, so as long as you are familiar with the material.

    I liked the question!

I will follow the thread and when I recertified in the GCP I will see the answers to know what will be my next step.
