  • 1.  Best Practice for Naming Conventions

    Does anyone have examples of a good naming convention for the configuration items using in Outbound Campaigns? Especially when they need to be list/campaign specific. I wouldn't want to pick the wrong template or filter for the wrong campaign. I think keeping them organized using a good naming convention would be great. Just looking for any Best Practice someone might be able to share related to this.

    Hi Mike, 

    I ahvent seen a specific naming convention that seems to have been widely used, but its best to make them:

    • Consistent

    • Searchable

    • Self-descriptive at a glance

    Maybe others in the community can provide examples of their naming conventions and how/why it works for them.
