    I need ideas or best practices for scheduling bi-weekly meetings for 300+ agents. The meetings alternate every other week and I want to automate the process.

    Hi Sal, 

    we are currently working on Activity Plans which will address this use case.

    Please take a look at my comment in the conversation filtering multiple agents at once under agent schedules for more details.
