Genesys Cloud - Main

Hello All, 

We have a dev and prod Genesys Cloud environment, which will be integrating with the CRM system. 

CRM team has multiple environments - dev, test, staging and Prod environments. 

Can the Genesys Dev environment integrate with CRM Dev and Test Environments at same time. What are the best practises, And what will be impacts with multiple integrations running at the same time if SIT/UAT/Performance are done parallelly

Any suggestions will be rally appreciated.

Hello Siddharth,

You can certainly do this. You will just have to make sure you can set up the integration within GC. Because its a dev org there might be some limitations with setting up with Prod environment.

You can certainly do this. You will just have to make sure you can set up the integration within GC. Because its a dev org there might be some limitations with setting up with Prod environment.

Hey Geroge, 

we are using PEGA as the CRM. Currently Genesys Cloud Dev is integrated with Pega Dev. This was more of a future strategy when we get to SIT/UAT phase of the project.
