Unfortunately, for billing purposes, the Genesys APIs are almost null.
I did a search on the Genesys ideas portal and found the link below:
https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/OP-I-448
The status is "In Development".

Subject: Billing - concurrent users for subscriptions per division
Hello everybody,
I am quite new to genesys-cloud (coming from engage) and have now my first question concerning the Platform API.
- You all know for sure the subscription-tab in genesys cloud. There you can see the concurrent users for certain features for the billing period (month). You see it for the whole org.
- Our customer needs the same view but splitted by divisions.
I have looked into the billing APIs and found a possibility to get the users that used a certain feature by date. So I am able to calculate manually for a period of time the unique users that used a certain feature. As I get the usage per date I can calculate peaks for a certain day. So for example:
The feature "Genesys Cloud CX 3 Concurrent" was used in the period 01/02/2026 - 02/01/2026 at most by 10 users at the same day.
=> But these numbers are not the same as the real concurrent usages shown on the subscirption tab:

QUESTION:
- Is there a way to get the real concurrent usage for a feature by division via any API?
- Or is there a way to get the necessary raw-data necessary to calculate the real concurrent usage by division.
Thx for help
Michael
