    Does anyone have contact details for the Genesys billing / invoicing department?

    Emails to Genesys.Advisor@genesys.com, PureCloud-Invoicing@genesys.com or nainquireies@genesys.com often go unanswered / unresolved for weeks even after sending follow up emails for updates.

    Hey Damian,

    I've asked some team members for their thoughts. Have you checked your invoice for contact info? There should be some contact information on the invoice. Also, if you need help finding who your success rep is, please let me know.
