    I have a location that has 3 separate users setup for the sole purpose of receiving Faxes. Each has a DID. I am receiving complaints that each are often receiving blank Faxes. I have setup each just as I would a normal Communicate only user. Any ideas?

    I would recommend opening a support case so we can investigate what is going on. This should not be happening.

    Thanks Lucie!......I do now have a case opened. Just want to check to see if other have experienced the same and may know a resolution.
