Over the past couple of weeks, there was some slowness and timeouts of the reporting services. If you are still experiencing this, report it to Genesys and see if it is related to the type and amount of data you are showing. Remember that it should open to the last opened view.

Multiple people in our organization get a blank screen when opening Performance>Workspace. The issue resolves by closing and reopening the browser and logging back into Genesys Cloud. We began experiencing the problem this week. Anyone else having a similar issue? Anything change this week?
