  • 1.  Blind Transfer error

    Hi,

    My customer met a very strange situation that he can't blind transfer to either local or mobile number. However, if he make outbound call & consult transfer to the same number, both are working fine.

    May I know if I want to retrieve the detail call log from API, which API should i use. what is the input parameters I should give to API to get the correct log that I am looking for?

    If you have the conversation ID, you can use the conversation APIs, or you can use the analytics APIs to find it.
