    Blind Transfer Reporting - Is there a report that shows all the blind transfers done by an agent?

    Hi @Kristy Bolen,

    On the Agent Performance view you can add the columns Transfers, Blind Transfers and Consult Transfers to see the values of each type of transfer and can be exported
    Agents Performance Summary view
