if there's a number calling all the time and saying nothing (having fun), is there a way to block it on genesys?

Hi Rihab,

You can do a simple decision block on your Architect inbound flow to check the number and disconnect the call.

You can also reference a data table that stores blocked numbers and disconnect the call also based on the result.
