    Hi All

    Has anyone else noticed a sudden drop in their BOT disconnect figures since the 23rd of September?

    We haven't made any changes in architect to the BOT flow but our BOT disconnect volumes have dropped from an average of 80%+ per day to under 10% each day. We were wondering if any updates/changes would have caused this to happen?

    Any advice would be appreciated!

    monitor Flow Disconnects with a custom solution, so can share what I'm seeing between Sep 2 - Oct 7 this year:

    I'm not sure if this is much use, but for Flow Disconnects I'm not seeing any sudden decrease. Although someone at Genesys will likely have a better understanding of what's going on in your case.

    Nothing that I've heard...

    Is there anything in common amongst the ones that were dropping? Perhaps the durations were similar? All disconnecting at the same point? 

    Are the overall numbers of inbound remaining the same, just the disconnects have gone way down?
