Hi all,

I would like to know how to create a bot flow. I use a tenant with GX2 licenses.

When I use Architect, I can't see Bot flow in the supporting flows list.

However the GCX2 license level must give access Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flows and Genesys Digital Bot Flows.

Do I have to activate something to access the feature?

Hey Romuald, thanks for your interest!

In order to get the flows added to your org you'll need to go to app foundry and add dialog engine bot flows. This will give you both digital bot flows and the standard bot flows.
