  • 1.  Bot totally ignoring my Slots and fails identifying an intent because of one letter

    Hello,

     I am preparing a Voice Bot Demo for a customer and the bot should deal with German and German Swiss languages.

    1. The first and most simple intent was to comunicate the address and opening hours when customers want to book an appointment. For this I built this utterance "I need to contact the state chancellery" (in German: Ich muss mit der Staatskanzlei sprechen). The issue is that the bot recognizes most of the time Stadtskanzlei instead of Staatskanzlei, which is also a proper word in German. But for my intent it should not matter, it should still communicate the address and open hors which is doesn't.

     So I tried built a Slot named "Unternahme" with type Custom list (there are two entries in the list: Staatskanzlei and Staatskanzlei) and the Utterence is "Ich muss mit der Unternahme sprechen". It doesn't work, even the recognized phrase is correct it said that the intent is 0.2xx recognized. 

    2. if I set the langauge as Swiss German it doesn't recognize anything anymore. is there some way to assign utterances to languages?

    Did you manage to resolve this issue? It might be worth raising a case with customer care to investigate further
