I just reached out to the My Support site owner, and you are not missing anything. The breadcrumbs are not clickable and are designed to only reference where you are. Currently, to move back, you must click the quick access menu items/navigation bar at the top of the page (or use your browser's back button).

Why is it the breadcrumbs displayed on the support site don't actually allow you to follow the breadcrumbs to go back to where you'd been? They're just text. Am I missing something?
