I would like to know what is the Advanced configuration tab for when configuring a new Bridge action (webservices-datadip CustomAction)? I couldn't find any documentation for it. I am looking for a similar way to the data actions configuration tab to be able to translate my bridge action to a non purecloud kind of request/schema contract.

The advanced configuration tab is used by some of the connectors, like the data sync connectors, but it is not used by the datadip connectors.

Can you give us some more information about what you are trying to accomplish?

If the situation is it that you need to communicate with a non-internet accessible web service, and that service doesn't conform to the webservices-datadip custom Action schema, you will probably have to create a middleware web service to do the translation.

Thank you for your reply. Indeed I am trying to put in place what you described. Is there any plan to implement a Velocity template similar to the internet actions, but for bridge actions? For now I will pursue with a middleware.

There is currently no plan to enhance the bridge data actions, so middleware is your best bet right now.
