  • 1.  broadcast message over Polycom phones

    We have multiple customers needed the ability to broadcast a 'code blue' or emergency message over the Polycom phone.  Are we able to do that via the Genesys Cloud application (similar to how it is done on PureConnect-prem today)?

    Short answer...no, there is nothing built into Genesys Cloud to do that.
