  • 1.  Browser hardening with Genesys Cloud - Recommendations and suggestions

    Dear Genesys Cloud Community,
    I've got a question from one of our Customer about hardening of the browser in combination of genesys cloud.
    Customer is accessing genesys cloud via web gui and is using google chrome as browser in combination with Jabra headset (base station connected via USB).

    I've found a guide in the resource center explaining how to harden the genesys cloud environment (https://help.genesys.cloud/articles/harden-the-genesys-cloud-environment/) but nothing is mentioned in regards of the browser settings.

    Questions to the community:

    1. Has anyone else had to deal with this topic?
    2. If so, what were the recommendations and suggested settings?
