Hello,
I found a bug in call <b>"/api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query"</b>. It happens randomly.

While using this call : <b>"/api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query"</b> With body : { <b>"interval": "2018-02-20T07:20:00.000Z/2018-02-20T07:30:00.000Z",</b> "paging": { "pageSize": 100, "pageNumber": 1 }, "order": "ASC", "orderBy": "conversationStart" } I not found my conversation "cea5224e-1a23-4e01-9218-e29d88e2fa43" in response. However, the date range is the date and time that the target conversation was changed.

Missing data must be reported to PureCloud Support for further investigation.

I took a look at this one and would like to share my feedback to check if there is any limitation or bug we are aware of.
Looking at the conversation ID provided, the interaction is an email received on February 19th and disconnected on February 20th. If using endpoint /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query on a February 19th interval, I get the conversation. When using the same endpoint on a February 20th interval, the conversation doesn't show up. Looking at the interactions I'm getting, I noticed they all started the same day, February 20th.
Could we possibly have some limitations or a bug with /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query on email interactions spanning on several days?

Mickael, please coordinate with the Support Engineer on this issue. It cannot be investigated via the forum.
