Is there a way on Genesys Cloud to send emails massively, without them being marked as spam?

Email outbound campaigns is somewhere on the roadmap but still some time off I believe.  From what I recall reading earlier in the year somewhere, part of the problem is making sure AWS themselves don't treat these as spam/flooding.  In our own situation we've had to look into leveraging Salesforce for doing this instead.
