    Hi Everyone, 

    I am working on importing external contacts into Genesys using a sample CSV file but can no longer find the bulk import option using csv. Has something changed? It seems that I now need to link an external system to proceed. Is linking an external system mandatory, or can I import contacts directly from the CSV file without integrating a CRM, as we are not yet ready for that step?

    Hello Karthik,

    That certainly is odd. Could you open up a case with Customer Care? I believe the UI may not be working properly and will need to be looked into by our Dev team. Please let me know once you have a case number.

    I'm running into the exact scenario today. I see they did change the bulk import process.

    It looks more robust overall, but I can't get passed adding an external source. I just want to import the CSV.

    Dunno if they meant that you need to do this, but you can click on the "Go to External Sources Page" and configure add a source, after that it works.

    I just created one named CSV without anything else filled out.
