  • 1.  Bulk People Import API failures using CSV file

    Morning Everyone,
     Has anyone else had issues with the Bulk People Import CSV file? These are the errors I got this morning when I tried to import some changes to a hand full of agents.

     Import Errors (Note that I X'ed out the actual name and email address for the agents for this post.

    • Problem updating existing person - XXXXXXXXXXX (XXXXXXXXXXXX@kaltire.com).

    • Could not associate manager XXXXXXXXXXXX@kaltire.com, api returned error

    • Unknown error assigning skill(s) - XXXXXXXXXXXX@kaltire.com (XXXXXXXXXXXX@kaltire.com).

    Did you get this figured out, Jonathan? It sounds like a mismatch between the manager's email address in the .csv and what's in the directory, and a skill name mismatch...but that's just a guess from here.
