Hello

Our group does a nightly bulk import to update users direct reports, department, skills, etc. and noticed that the import erases the HR Employee ID field. Is there a way to avoid the field from being erased?

Hey John, 

If the payload using API does not contain the field for employee ID then Genesys generally thinks that it's been deleted. You just need to change your bulk import to include the employee ID.
