    Is it possible for our business logo to be embedded on reports? The Genesys logo is on them already and it would be handy for presentations to leadership teams if our own logo was present.

    Currently you cannot change the standard PDF reports, even to add a logo. You would probably have to create the report as Excel format, and edit the report to add your logo after saving it locally.

     

    Or, create custom reports through the API and your own coding, if you want it automated.
