  • 1.  BYOC Cloud Billing - Are you getting charged for fair use?

    I noticed recently that BYOC Cloud billing under subscriptions is showing On-Demand amounts even though all of the minutes should be included in client's fair use.  Are you seeing this in your ORGs?  Are you getting billed for BYOC when you should not?  At least, the subscription page should show the included amount and not report On-Demand minutes even if Genesys is not charging.
