I believe so, it appears to have been a firewall issue. Things appear to be working correctly now. Thanks for checking.

Subject: BYOC Cloud Trunk Dropping
We have just implemented the Genesys Cloud CX platform. We have a BYOC Trunk connected to an Audiocodes SBC setup to transfer calls from our corporate PBX to Genesys. I have the trunk setup and working with calls flowing both ways. We went live a few days ago and we calls coming across that trunk that are getting dropped. Long story short, it appears that in the Audiocodes SBC that one of the 4 IP's for the BYOC Trunk randomly drop from the proxy set This in turn drops any calls that are active on that IP. The IP eventually returns to active and starts working again. Any ideas as to what could cause the issue?
Thanks
