    No replies, thread closed.
    Gearing up to set up a couple of new Trunks and when I select Create Trunk I get this error...?  Have not seen that before. Would anyone have any information on this error?  Thanks

    Hi, 
    You only need to enable BYOC Cloud feature in Admin / Genesys Add Ons menu to be authorized to add new trunk.
