Team,
I work our incoming emails through Genesys. We are merging with another Credit Union an their emails will be coming into the same channel. They do not want me working them until I have a contact. Is there a way once an email is received as an interaction that is can be bypassed and work the next one. I am not able to locate any way to do this. I don't want to delete it but save it to work later.
