Hello,

With the recent introduction of hourly interacting, i am wondering how people are calculating the number of hours they need. 

I have been using some conversation API's to get them out and cross referencing with agent presence API's but wondering if anyone has managed to find a simpler way to extract data to model against. 

Keen to hear peoples thoughts on this as probably going to become a common question.

I will share - also, in regard to the disqualifying permissions - these aren't included in the hourly within the UI.
