  • 1.  Calculating Hourly Interacting

    Hello,

    With the recent introduction of hourly interacting, i am wondering how people are calculating the number of hours they need. 

    I have been using some conversation API's to get them out and cross referencing with agent presence API's but wondering if anyone has managed to find a simpler way to extract data to model against. 

    Keen to hear peoples thoughts on this as probably going to become a common question.

    Hi, I am keen to see if there are any different ways for customers to track this also - some of our clients are not API savvy so would be good to understand if there are any features on the roadmap to support?
