Good day,
We have Genesys Cloud integrated with MSD using the embeddable framework.
For inbound calls, we are able to collect input via the IVR, Set Participant Data and have the collected info passed through to MSD.
We need to do the same for campaigns that are loaded on Genesys, we need to pass through some of the values (i.e. CustomerNumber) from the Genesys Contact List to MSD for additional processing.
Is there perhaps a way we can achieve this for Outbound campaigns?
