  • 1.  Call Backs-Number of rings

    We are running SIP softphones and a Salesforce embedded client combo. When our agents receive a call back, they just hear on ring. Is there a way to change the number of rings for callbacks?

    Have you tried to change the "Alerting timeout" config option?
