  • 1.  Call bot is failing for voice bots

    I we are using an premise based edge solution. The bot flow is working for messenger flow, but when same is used in inbound flow it fails and sent to error handling. please let me know if we are doing something wrong.

    Hello Anush,

    You should reach out to Product Support with a recent working and non-working example so that they can review the logs to see what is wrong. Please let me know what the case number is so that I can help monitor the issue on my end as well.
