    Dear Team,

    It would be great assistance if you can assist on below 

    i am using call data action to API Post and there is response value , i required it to use in architecture . how can i get into architecture .


    for example : Response Ticket ID : 12345 need to store and make it text to speech
    #ArchitectureandDesign

    Probably a question more for the developer centre, but are you able to post your Data Action and what the JSON response is you get from that which includes your Ticket ID?

    Hi Noufal

    If you have created the variable for the response which you are getting from the api.
    You can call it from the architecture by defining the variable with a name set a status to null then once you receive the information from the api you can update the variable value (to store and use it later)

    To use it TTS see the below picture

    And you can play this value in IVR even if its number.

    Hey Noufal,

    Just by using the update statement in the architect. update data - Define variable - set the value- after receiving the info form Api Again-  update data of  the variable created before with latest info and use it.
