Hello,
I am working with an agent that has started to see the error, "Call error, The request to hang up the call failed" every day around the same time. The error is displayed in the agent's UI in Genesys. We are integrated with SalesForce and the error in SalesForce shows a red | mark followed by = Required Information.
I do have logging turned on for the agent but I am hoping someone may be able to tell what the cause is, and how to correct this problem. At this point, no other agents are reporting the issue.
I have attached screen shots of the errors in both Genesys and SF.
