    Hello All,

    I am new to the community and need some assistance.

    I am creating user accounts and I adding extensions. I click save and receive an error message but it still saved. The error message is "Emergency Location: Could not verify primary number."I checked my location, and site; it's all verified. The emergency number, I purchased within Genesys and made sure it was selected "Emergency Service Only". Can anyone shed some light on why I am receiving this error message? I am also looking through the Resource page for assistance as well and cannot locate anything to assist me in resolving. 

    I am also receiving another error. I created myself a webRTC to do internal testing with DIDs I created. I attempted to make a call and received "Call Error: The station identified by the name to be contacted does not have a registered contact address to be reached at."

    I added myself to the locations membership thinking that would resolve the error but it hasn't. Can anyone assist with this error as well? Thank you in advance.

    .... to expand on this error. I believe it is due to having a hybrid Edge group and not a purecloud edge group.
