Genesys Cloud - Main

Has anyone ever seen this and know how to remove from a user's inbox? I could confirm this evaluator had no evaluations outstanding - all are complete, however this "Redacted" eval is lingering in their inbox. As admin, I cannot see it to delete it and Genesys won't allow the evaluator to click on it. How do we delete this?

From my experience this has something to do with the roles/permissions. 

We have had some similar threads like this one. Take a look at the best answer and see if that helps.
