Hi Stacey,
If the evaluation was assigned by mistake, I believe the option is to delete the evaluation rather than recall it from the evaluator's inbox.
To do this, navigate to Quality Summary, select the evaluation, and choose Delete Selected Evaluations.
If you are unable to see Quality Summary, please check that you have the Quality > Evaluation > View permission. Alternatively, you can navigate to Conversation Intelligence > Evaluators, filter by the evaluator's name, and access the evaluation from there (the same permission is required).
