    Hello Everyone,

    Hope you are all well.

    Does anyone of you experience this kind of error when receiving calls?

    I have a bunch of people under our Genesys instance. However, she's the only one who currently experiencing this kind of issue.

    The problem is when she receives a call, the answer button is unclickable. then afterwards, it will result to call failed error. 

    Will appreciate anyone who could help us with this.

    Hello Justine,

    This sounds like there might be an issue with the network that the agent using. I would recommend gathering console and network logs and opening a case with Customer Care.
