    Hi,

    I would like to understand detailed call flow with two cases 

    1. while we use the Edge device & another when we use the edgeless device.

    both cases I am integrating with my network provider for SBC gateway so would like to understand detail call flow for an inbound and outbound case.

    if someone provides <g class="gr_ gr_368 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep gr-progress sel" id="368" data-gr-id="368">detailed</g> diagram for RTP and Data flow that would be appreciated.

    Just a quick note (I haven't gone looking to see if we have a diagram)...all SIP and RTP for telco connections must go through the Edge, even when you have another gateway connected to the telco outside of the edge.

    There are a few different resources which I would recommend on Resource Center.

    If you go to About architecture, technology, and continuous delivery - PureCloud Resource Center you can get a general overview of Edge vs. Edgeless (PureCloud Voice or BYOC Cloud are both Edgeless). Then you can get more details by looking at the telephony resources. For example if you are using WebRTC then review Ports and services for WebRTC - PureCloud Resource Center 

    For "Data" as in the agent desktop/PureCloud communication or use of a Bridge server this is the same regardless of the deployment model as all communication is back to the cloud.
