  • 1.  Call Flows are not showing in the DID assignments

    Hi All , 

    I building a new Org for DR requirement and export and import all call flows from Production Org to DR org. 

    Call flows have been published and no errors when validate it. But when I'm trying assign these call flows to DID numbers , I cannot see call flows in the drop down menu. I can assign a person without an issue. But cannot assign a call flow as it's not showing any of the call flows I created. 

    I believe I'm doing a simple mistake, But I need some extra eyes to fix this issue :-)

    Hi Tharindu,

    Have you created your Call Route?
    it is the Call Route that you will assign a DID with, then on this call route you will assign the flow.
