Hi Paul, I can't say I have had that issue directly. But I have noticed that agents phones will have a series of missed calls but the agents do not have a designated DID for a customer to callback on. These calls do not display in call history. So its similar
I just went with that the 'missed calls' is the dialer forcing more calls than required to an agent and reflect back on the outbound settings. Though this is from a Outbound Dialer perspective.
