  • 1.  Call History of Former Users

    One of our staff ended their employment with us today. I noticed her data is now absent from PERFORMANCE Workspace Views I had previously saved. When I try to add her name back to one of those saved reports, or to a new report, her name is not found in the search function. 

    Is it possible to retrieve her historical data, as well as other users that may leave in the future?

    Did you delete the user, or merely deactivate them?

    Once deleted, I don't believe their data is available. Most people deactivate for a period until all reports etc. have been run.

    You should be able to access deleted users in  Performance Views such as Interactions, Queue Performance where you even have the option to include deleted and/or inactive users in the Views (see below the screenshot). However, that is not the case for Agent Performance View where you can access active users only.  You can find more here https://help.mypurecloud.com/faqs/how-do-active-inactive-and-deleted-users-affect-reports-and-performance-views/
