I am not sure if many of you have noticed this, but we appear to have had this issue from day one. The call history in not accurate, especially if you are part of a group. The way you can tell the inaccuracy is that your phone will show that you have had a number of calls, but PureCloud will not show the call or sometimes it is the other way around.
