I have created integrations for both AWS Lex V2 and Genesys Dialog engine. When I open a new "inbound voice" flow I can see
Bot >Call Bot flow and Call Lex V2 bot action. I can then see all the Lex bots created on the AWS account if I select Call Lex V2 Bot action.
But
Bot >Call Bot flow and Call Lex V2 bot is not appearing for "inbound chat" flows. Are there any additional steps required for chat?
