    Hello,

    When agents make calls on behalf of a Queue, a queue list is displayed and the agent must select the right queue.

    Would it be possible to display only queues dedicated for only outbound calls (Hide others Queues used for inbound calls) ?

    Only if you write a custom client and programmatically limit the functionality. That dialog shows all queues the agent is a member of.
