    Is call recordings are encrypted in transit and rest ?
    Note: we are using local edge v3 on-premise (not sure if some thing required to setup on local edges for call recording encryption or not)

    Yes, call recordings are always encrypted in transit and at rest in storage.

    Hi @George Ganahl

    Do we have more details about the encryption ? TLS certificate ? version, keys... ?

    The recorded interactions are stored locally in Edge then pushed to the Cloud ? or everything stayed locally in the compliance ?

    Packets are recorded on the edge then transferred to AWS for storage.

    so, it means that when we decide to delete reordings after X days under the Recording Policies settings, those recordings would be deleted from AWS and not the Edge. Right ?

    It encrypts the VoiceMail (to ACD ) recording as well and same police applies to VM that we create and use for CallRecordings ?

    Yes, screen recordings are encrypted in the S3 bucket with server-side encryption (SSE) and Amazon S3 managed encryption keys (SSE-S3).
