A couple of things to note on what we did when we migrated from PureConnect Cloud.
- we held our recordings in our own S3 buckets for PureConnect
- we used the logship database and had our own back up of the entire PrueConnect Database
We had Genesys run the archive to convert the .sasf files to .wav
This process updates the databse with the location of the archived file
Because of 1 and 2 above we have all recordings and the databse at our disposal and can search the database as needed to locate any of the recordings should we need to.
The archive process allows you to put the archived recordings where you want them and you can get a copy of the database when the process is complete.
In my experience this is what most customers do after migrating off of PureConnect if they need to maintain their reordings.

Hi Guys,
Any suggestions on what to do with your call recordings after moving from Pure Connect to Genesys Cloud?
I know we can migrate the calls to Genesys Cloud, but we are wondering what other options have been used.
We have a vendor that offered to create an app but interested in other options as well.
